Dear Family and Friends,

Sunday, Darrell (the physical therapist) came to the house to work with Dan. He said that Dan IS continuing to get stronger! Dan was encouraged when he was able to push himself to a standing position, with Darrell’s steadying help, and the power in his legs!

Please continue to pray for strength and energy as it seems that Dan has energy one day and is very tired the following day. Dan also continues to have blackouts and dizzy spells, so please pray that God will help him overcome this.

Dan and Candi continue to stay in touch with Dan’s fellow patients at the hospital. Dan and Candi were very excited to hear that Dan’s roommate, John, is walking! They have asked that we pray for all those friends in the hospital that are not progressing. They are struggling and down which makes rehabilitation much more difficult. Please pray that they will have some success to encourage their progress.

Please pray for strength for Candi. Please also pray that the needs for health care givers and the finances to cover all the costs will be met. Dan and Candi hope to hear about the fulltime physical therapist this week; please pray for God’s will to be done.
